Marvyn Harrison is a business and community leader, broadcaster and author who has a successful track record of delivering business goals and long-term vision and planning for people and businesses using sound strategy, communication, and people management. Marvyn has driven culture and social change and delivered tangible results across businesses, projects, and campaigns globally.

His leadership experience as the founder and driving force behind Dope Black CIC, an educational and community-led platform designed to improve the outcomes of Black people, has seen him become a positive voice on behalf of Black people across the UK, US, and the African continent.

Marvyn has become an award-winning podcaster with the 2020 Screen Nation Award for Favourite Podcast and a Webby for Best Podcast: Family and Children. He has since developed his skill as a broadcaster by featuring regularly as a contributor on BBC 5Live, Good Morning Britain, The Jeremy Vine Show, The Kick Off and Sunday Morning Live. More recently Marvyn has been named by Forbes as “One of 25 Black voices to follow” and UK Black Business Show and HSBC’s Top 25 Black Entrepreneurs, he has been named as a BBC 1xtra Future Figure and UK Black Business Awards Influencer of the year award in association with Meta.

Marvyn currently oversees a cultural transformation agency called BELOVD Agency where he has served clients such as Footlocker, Wasserman, WPP, Johnson & Johnson, Monster, News UK and more.

Marvyn is also a proud and dedicated father of two which serves as one of the most important titles of all.
